Box trailers are the most common and versatile type of trailer. They are the all-weather trailer of choice for almost any task, from carting garden materials to transporting machinery. You can increase the capacity and utility of your trailer by adding removable mesh sides, converting your box trailer into a cage trailer.
Flat-top trailers feature a horizontal deck that sits above the wheels, thereby maximising towing width of the trailer up to 2.5m and allowing unimpeded side access for easy loading and unloading with forklifts and other machinery. They are great for towing wide vehicles and equipment or loading pallets or machinery.
Carbon Equipment car trailers feature our in-house designed HydraDrop suspension system, which lowers your trailer flat to the ground, making loading low vehicles and machinery as simple and safe as possible. For vehicles that do not require a low loading trailer, we also offer custom fixed and tilt car towing trailers options.
Carbon Equipment offers in-house expertise in designing and fabricating special-purpose trailers to suit individual or industry specific needs. As an example, our mobility scooter trailers feature our lay flat HydraDrop suspension system, making loading a speciality vehicle safe and simple for users with limited mobility.
At Carbon Equipment, we specialise in innovative custom-designed trailers tailored to meet domestic or commercial needs that extend beyond our range of quality-built standard trailers. Our team of highly skilled tradespeople will build your dream trailer to your exact specifications using only the highest-quality materials available.
Carbon Equipment trailers are built for Australian conditions; they include our innovative AusRoll system and are constructed using 450MPa steel, almost double the strength of regular steel and finished with a durable, high-quality galvanised coating for long-lasting rust and impact protection.
Our heavy duty trailers use the best available components and our in-house manufactured off-road capable suspension systems provide the ultimate towing experience.
If you are looking to buy a trailer that perfectly matches your needs, you have come to the best team for custom-built trailers for sale in Victoria.
Our trailers are meticulously crafted using premium materials and cutting-edge manufacturing techniques, ensuring superior performance and longevity. Our unique AusRoll system uses high-tensile 450MPa galvanised steel form-rolled into interlocking panels to create one of the toughest decks available on any trailer, underpinned by full-length galvanised RHS chassis rails.
Carbon Equipment enclosed trailers use composite panel construction; this method is longer lasting than traditional trailer manufacturing methods resulting in a lighter, stronger, better sealed and durable trailer for any conditions.
We understand that each customer has unique needs. That's why we offer customisation options, allowing you to tailor your trailer to your exact specifications. Our trailers can be customised by size, rating and configuration and supplied with a range of accessories, including colour-matched paint, tie-down points, winches, toolboxes and more!
When purchasing a custom trailer, you can choose from our two exclusive in-house manufactured trailer suspension systems, UniTor or HydaDrop. Our suspension systems have been developed to improve the on-road towing performance of our trailers. UniTor is a lightweight, high-performance load-sharing off-road suspension, while HydraDrop allows for tray height adjustment and lowering completely to the ground for ease of loading.
At Carbon Equipment, we value our customers. We strive to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring your experience with us, from first contact to aftercare, is smooth and satisfying.
Our knowledgeable team is here to assist you at every step, providing expert advice to help you choose the right trailer to suit your requirements. We can even design specialist trailers from the ground up, including Variable Message Sign Board / VMS trailers, lighting trailers, enclosed trailers, and specialised equipment transport trailers as a one-off or OEM solution to add to your existing product offering.
We believe that top-quality trailers should be accessible to everyone. We offer competitive pricing without compromising on material quality or safety.
Whatever type of trailer you need, you can rest assured your new Carbon Equipment trailer is built to last from high-quality materials and is ready for any towing challenge.
We take pride in crafting trailers with high-quality galvanised steel to ensure durability and resistance to corrosion and rust. The galvanised coating on our AusRoll trailers cannot be replaced with paint due to the unique manufacturing process; however, paint can be applied in addition to the galvanising for aesthetic purposes. For custom/OEM trailers, powder coating can be selected instead of galvanising, but it is not nearly as durable and hardwearing as galvanising, so we generally do not recommend painting alone as a trailer finish.
For those demanding tasks that require maximum strength and durability, our heavy-duty trailers are your ultimate solution. Engineered to handle heavy loads and withstand rugged terrains, our custom heavy-duty trailers are built with reinforced frames, sturdy axles, and rugged components along with our proprietary off-road suspension systems for all-terrain towing.
Whether you're in the construction industry, agriculture, or transportation, our heavy-duty trailers provide the reliability and resilience you need to get the job done efficiently even in the harshest Australian conditions.
